Following rigorous testing by the BBA, solvent-free Kemperol 2K-PUR was recently awarded an Agrément certificate of conformity to ETA-03/0044. This now means that both the Kemperol ‘large area’ waterproofing systems (2K-PUR and V210) now have Agrément certificates, meaning they can be used with confidence on newbuild as well as refurbishment projects.

Both systems use a reinforced polyester fleece membrane impregnated with the Kemperol resin to give a seamless finish that bonds easily to a wide range of substrates to give a highly durable, yet permanently elastic waterproofing that is UV-stable and will withstand foot traffic. As both systems are applied ‘wet on wet’ they can be completed in a single day, so are not dependent on dry weather the following day for a second coat to be applied, as with all other systems which are installed ‘wet-on-dry’. In fact, Kemperol is fully rainproof after just 30 minutes.

Kemperol 2K-PUR is the only solvent-free cold liquid-applied waterproofing in the UK, a formulation that in addition to its environmental credential is particularly useful in applications where proximity to nearby buildings, occupiers or residents would otherwise require temporary evacuation and considerable disruption.
